KENTUCKY RIFLE CIRCA 1820

This Upper Susquehanna School rifle measures 56 3/8 inches overall with a 40 7/8 inch full octagon .50 cal. barrel. The full stock is evenly striped tiger maple which sports neat incise carving behind the cheekpiece, and incise carved beauty lines along both sides of the barrel channel and the lower stock edge.  It is brass mounted with a four piece patch box with neat engraving on the lid which conforms to the incise carving on the butt stock.

Condition:  Excellent. No flaws or repairs, or restoration what-so-ever.
