xxSOLDxx Powder Horn F & I War signed and dated 1756

Large green powderhorn with rows of geometric designs associted with Indian ownership.  The horn has "JOSEPH HARDEN HIS HORN" scrimmed on the body and "D 24 1756 MICAH WALKER" scrimmed on the neck.  Walker was probably the maker of this early horn.  The horn measures 15 1/4" across the curve and 3 1/2" at the butt.  SOLD

Condition:  Very Good.  Original patina.  It has a couple of cracks at the throat which do not go to the ends of the horn.
