Nice large American fighting or rifleman's knife measures 14 3/8 inches overall with a 10 inch hand forged blade. The scales are polished bone. The 10 inch blade is razor sharp on both edges with a medial ridge and is 1 1/2 inches wide and 1/4 inch thick at the medial ridge at the ricasso. The bone scales are attached to the blade with three hand forged rivets. The cross guard measures 3 3/8 inches with forward facing disks acting as hand protectors.  **SOLD**

Condition:  Excellent.  Both the scales and the blade are in excellent condition. The scales are polished. The blade has no major nicks and has an original mottled "salt and pepper" patina.
