Nice clean Lehigh County, Pennsylvania flintlock rifle circa 1810 with a full strong tiger maple stock. Just a nice unrestored flintlock Kentucky rifle with many characteristics of Lehigh County rifles such as a "sheathed" heel finial, Roman nose stock with a slight stepped wrist, a triggerguard with the Lehigh stud on the forward bow. No carving but with very boldly figured tiger maple stock. This rifle has a nicely engraved four piece patchbox and the stock has two silver inlays, including a oval cheekpiece engraved with a hunter's star. The barrel is mounted with keys which have nicely faceted buttons. This rifle measures 58 1/2 inches overall with a 43 1/4 inch full octagon barrel in .48cal. **SOLD**
