Nice 18th or early 19th Century Possibles Bag with Original Strap and Closure Flap Button

Nice simple shooting bag, first half of the 19th century.  Brown dressed "D" shaped bag made of a single piece of dressed cowhide, retaining its original 1" wide shoulder strap.  The bag proper measures 8 3/8" wide at the top of the flap and 5" wide at the bottom of the bag and is 9 1/4" tall.  The entire bag measures 26 3/4" long from the apex of the shoulder strap to the bottom of the bag.  Nice inexpensive display piece.  Together with a small plain 19th century "green" horn suspended separately by a buckskin thong.  Please note the last photo shows items displayed with this bag which are for sale elsewhere on this website.**SOLD**

Condition:  Very Good.  About a 5/8" through-cut next to the button hole on the flap.
